Job description


The functionality tester will be in charge of testing the client’s products (video games) on all kinds of platforms (consoles, online games, social networks) by executing test cases. The bugs found will have to be reported in a database and entered in the test suite.


Main responsibilities


·         Test the products by following the test suite;

·         Execute test cases;

·         Report bugs in the database;

·         Follow up on them


Requirements


·         At least one year of experience as a video game tester, a must

·         Written and spoken English skills

·         Experience with console and/or PC game testing

·         Communicates efficiently, works well in a team, demonstrates strong analytical skills

·         Detail oriented

·         Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Jira, Test Track Pro and/or Devtrack, a plus

Field Manager, Quality Analyst  
Primary Purpose:  
To assist in the development and implementation of Quality Assurance programs and Standardization of Process Guides to ensure consistent high quality products and services are achieved that meet our customer expectations.  Build reliability into our processes through internal auditing and training of our associates.  
Direct Reports – None  
Position Summary:  
Monitor and direct the development of sound Quality Assurance programs that meet  
company and regulatory standards for product safety, quality and consumer acceptance.  
Perform Quality Assurance internal audits.   
Coordinate and/or acts as liaison with third party audit services (BRC, AIB, Customer, Regulatory etc.).  
Develop procedures and/or strategies to abate concerns arising from said audits to instill continued consumer confidence.  
Guide technical improvement programs focused on quality and consumer confidence.  
Develop training programs and tools focused at front line operators in support of the Quality Assurance programs and Process Control expectations.  
Assists in the development of plant specific Quality Assurance procedures and work instructions.  
Performs facility process control audits as part of continuous improvement and to identify training gaps.  
Identifies process improvement opportunities. Finds application opportunities for Quality Assurance breakthrough strategies and tools, both internal and external.

This position requires up to 80% travel.    

Everite, the world's leader in electochemical grinding equipment and technology is looking for an experienced quality assurance technician for it's Innovatech division. 

In this position, you will manage the day to day quality assurance and statistical process control for Innovatech business.  This will include routine inspection, maintenance of quality records and the internal audit of Quality Management Systems. The position will also be responsible for the introduction and proper use of SPC, root cause analysis, process documentation and oversight of the calibration and testing programs performed by quality assurance inspectors.

This position will work a "swing shift" from noon to 8 pm.

·         Responsible for supporting the plant operations department in the area of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
·         Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the plant Quality/Lab Department and plant personnel by understanding regulatory, customer and internal Saputo quality requirements.
·         Oversee Quality Assurance systems in order to satisfy internal and customer requirements to include process evaluation and product protection programs; process specifications and standards; sanitation programs, HACCP and GMP programs; production labeling; and product storage and distribution.
·         Responsible for coordinating/conducting all quality training to include GMP, HACCP, Allergen, etc.
·         Responsible for supervising the Big Stone Quality/Lab Department and all related job functions.
·         Oversee quality control systems to include hold programs and mock recalls; lab procedures; product functionality evaluations; process verification programs; internal and external audits, and environmental microbiological monitoring programs.
·         Lead problem-solving efforts through the facilitation of team meetings and on-the-floor leadership to effectively influence positive change and continuous improvement.
·         Communicate frequently with the corporate QA Team to be proactive in satisfying customer requirements.
·         Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate and necessary.
